Phil's birthday was last week, so we drove up to Clearfield to celebrate. We had a lot of fun hanging out with the family. The picture below of Brayden makes it obvious that the kid needs a haircut though.
Welcome! This is Kelsi's version of the advantures of Craig, Kelsi, and Brayden Capizzi. We hope you enjoy.

Playing at Aunt Jill's
While we were over at Jill's house, Brayden found a car in the backyard that he fell in love with. He didn't like it at all when it was time to leave.

Sleepover at the Jewett's
Travis invited Kira, Craig, Brayden and me to spend the night at his parents' house in Logan. Their house is beautiful! And their basement was so cool. The theater in the basement was completely devoted to pirates. It was great!

The Closest Thing We Have to Walking
I know it's not much, but this is the best we have so far. We'll keep working on it.

Random Pictures from February '09
Taken Monday the 23rd: Grandma and baby both completely passed out on Craig's chair. Brayden actually looks pretty comfortable.
Also taken Monday the 23rd: So we are just hanging out when Dean asks if we want to see what he'd look like as an alien. He did a pretty good job considering he only used one Kira's latex gloves.
Taken Tuesday the 24th: We were too lazy to go buy one of those gates, so we improvised.
Taken Friday the 27th: Typical baby. Pulling down all the movies that he can reach. I can't even keep track of how many times I have had to put these back away.

The Lake Powell Suite at Anniversary Inn
In order to celebrate having our family sealed in the temple, Craig took me to Anniversary Inn for the night. It is a bed and breakfast in Logan with some excellently themed rooms. We stayed in the Lake Powell Suite and it was incredible. There were three levels. The double-wide bathtub and breakfast nook were on the bottom floor. The entry and bathroom were in the middle and the bed was on the top floor. My favorite part was the fiber optic lights that were hanging from the ceiling. When the lights were off, those twinkled like stars. It was so beautiful!
Craig and I had an excellent time relaxing in the tub and hanging out in bed. Breakfast the next morning to delivered right to our door. It was so yummy! It was nice to have some alone time. We haven't had a night off since Brayden was born. I can't wait to get back here. Logan was just far enough away to make it feel like a trip, but close enough to make an overnight trip worth it. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Valentine's Dinner
Valentine's Day this year was a little bit different for us than it has been in years past. Today, Craig and I had our little family sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. It was a very interesting experience. Brayden cried through the entire ceremony. The whole situation was quite amusing to me, so I couldn't keep from laughing. The part that I remember the most was when the gentleman that would perform the ceremony mentioned to us that a quick sqeeze when you are holding someone's hand translates into a silent "I love you".
After the ceremony, a lot of friends and family met at my parents' church for dinner. I was impressed by how many people I know that came to support us. Many family members were there and even neighbor's from the first neighborhood that I lived in came.

| Grandma Larsen, Grandma Furse |
Brayden was absolutely adorable. He loved the attention from everyone. Today is definately a day to remember.
