The Cry of a Newborn

At the time, this sound would completely shred what was left of my nerves, but now that I have had some sleep, it's really adorable.

Brayden's First Concert

My parents invited us to some kind of celebration at a park in South Jordan. There were all kinds of things to do, but we were there for a concert and then fireworks.

Brayden spent most of the time sleeping in his car seat.

My mom was more than willing to keep an eye on her grandson, which gave Craig and I a chance to relax with each other.

The fireworks were beautiful. I love summer!

Father's Day

This Father's Day was really cool because it was the first time that Craig was celebrating it as a father. Before we went up to Clearfield to visit my family, we stopped at Jan's house to see Craig's family. It was fun to compare our little 5-week-old with his cousin, Dominik. He is just about 2 months older than Brayden. Our kid definitely needs to gain some weight.

Brayden's First Smile

He did it! He finally smiled for real this time. He wasn't constipated or anything else like that. Craig was playing with him and got him to smile. Somehow I love him even more right now.



Brayden's 4th Week

Taken Thursday the 29th (May): One of Craig's coworkers gave Brayden this outfit. I think the socks on his hands give it a nice touch.

Taken Tuesday the 3rd (June): I don't remember where we were headed, but Brayden was just too cute so I took a picture to share with Craig.

Taken Wednesday the 4th (June): Brayden is officially four weeks old! I can't believe how much he has grown in just four weeks.
