Dave and Calli convinced up to accompany their family to the zoo today. Since we beat them there, we set up a little PB&J picnic outside of the park while we waited for them to arrive.
Craig and I had a lot of fun taking Brayden around to the different animals, but Brayden was pretty clueless to what was going on. When we tried to point out an animal, Brayden would stare interestedly at the railing in front of it.
Even at the bird show, Brayden looked the other way when the flock of doves flew over the audience. It was hilarious! Maybe next year he will realize what going to the zoo is actually about.
